What’s included
The following starter package will reach you in good time before the start of the Grevet window:
- Grevet logbook/handbook with route description (highlights)
- Notes on overnight and refreshment points
- Rules and regulations
- Packing list & equipment recommendations
- Download of the .gpx file
- Immortalisation in the Grevet papyrus scrolls (starter/finisher list)
- A challenge for the respective ride
- GPS tracker. A deposit of €50 is charged for the GPS tracker at booking. The deposit is refunded once the tracker is returned. If it is lost, the deposit is retained and an additional fee of €100 per device applies — €150 per device in total.
A small starter pack awaits you on site, and we will also take event photos for you.
The self-support principle applies. In principle you can also ride the route in relaxed touring mode, but in that case we can no longer guarantee that the staffed checkpoints and the finish will be open.
Preparation & requirements
Our Grevet series gradually introduces you to long-distance off-road riding and is therefore ideal preparation for the Supergrevet. That is why we reserve an extra quota for the Olympians of our Grevet series.
